Comfort-Aire services all commercial brands. We have a strong team of 10+ journeymen mechanics, many who have been with the company for more than 10 years. 

We service and maintain the air conditioning and heating systems of over 300 properties in Alberta; many since inception of the company in 1972. Equipment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Split Air Conditioning Systems

    • Outdoor condensing units paired with indoor air handling units, fan coils, furnaces or evaporator coils.​

  • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning systems​

    • Outdoor condensing units paired with multiple indoor air conditioning units.​

  • Computer Room Air Conditioner (CRAC) systems

    • For critical systems requiring cooling down to -40°C outside temperatures.

  • Roof Top Units (RTUs)

    • ​the mainstay & powerhouse of most, single-story, multi-bay commercial buildings, restaurants, retail buildings, and schools.

  • Make Up Air (MUA)

    • typicall paired with exhaust fans to replace dispelled air.​

  • Commercial Furnaces

    • ​used to heat smaller rooms, offices, reception areas, and sometimes paired with HRVs.

  • Infrared (IR) Radiant Tube Heaters

    • ​used from garages to high-bay loading docks at warehouses.

  • Unit Heaters​

    • ​vary in size and commonly used is shops, low bays, loading docks, etc.

  • Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRVs)

    • Found in mechanical rooms or hidden in ceiling spaces to efficiently bring in fresh air while transferring heat to/from existing air.

  • Exhaust fans

    • dispel poor air and commonly paired with make up air units.​

  • Coolers / Freezers​

    • critical component to commerical kitchens or aritifact storage.​

  • Commercial Boilers​

    • supply hot water to radiant base board heaters or slab/floor heating.​

  • Fan Coil Units​

    • wide variety of applications for moving air.
  • Chillers

    • typically used on large office / residential towers, malls and medical facilities.
